The original packing slip is required for merchandise to be considered for reimbursement. Please note that we do not have the ability to track your return nor are we responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned. Digital Products and E-Books: Our digital products are considered “used” after download or opening. We have a strict no refund policy specific to dissatisfaction, forgetting to download your file in the allotted time, maxing out your download attempts, providing inaccurate email information for that download(s), losing access to your email, etc. Please contact email@example.com to see how we can resolve any problems you may have with the above.
Weight Loss Teas: Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund. Due to regulations worldwide, we cannot accept any refunds for open tea packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our tea blends. For ‘change of mind’, we do not accept returns/issue refunds. Tea replacement: if for some reason your detox tea for weight loss is damaged in postal transit, and you have photo evidence of the damage along with a complete pack of unopened tea bags, please email us at email@example.com, and we will commence email communication with you to reach a resolution. We do not have a ‘money back guarantee’ policy. If you did not achieve the desired physical/aesthetic outcome from our tea, then we will not issue refunds as we acknowledge everybody is different.
