Are there age limitations?


You must be 18 or older to join my program. All other age groups are a perfect fit!

Are there payment plans available and/or how do I pay?


Simply click on the START NOW icon for the program you are interested in. You will be prompted to give your payment information through PayPal. There are no payment plans available at this time; but find a friend or family member to join with you and receive $50 in savings!

What happens once I made my purchase?


Once your purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow the instructions to create your personal profile on the website. You will need to fill out a brief questionnaire in order for me to design your program.

I cannot find my confirmation email.


The email will be sent to the address that you provided during the checkout process when you first purchased your plan. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam/trash folder first. If you are still unable to locate it, please go to my Contact page and submit the necessary form. Then I will provide you with the User Login and Confirmation Details as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

How do I cancel my membership?

How can I communicate?


All communication will be through back-end message within the platform or on twitter. Please submit a form to me at any time by going to the Contact section of the site. Expect to hear from me via email with weekly content to keep you motivated and on track!

How soon will my questions be answered?


Response time can vary based on time differences across the world. Expect a response on a weekday with no more than a 12 hours delay…usually much sooner.

Can I be a client outside of the United States?


Absolutely! I am a Worldwide Online Trainer and would love to work with you. All you need is internet access and email for communication.

Is the program a right fit for me?


My Program is customized for everyone. I take into account several factors during the questionnaire process in order to design the perfect plan for you and your goals.

Are these programs for both men and women?


Yes, I have helped thousands of people reach their fitness goals regardless of sex. I design a program specific to your gender, goals, and several other key factors.

I have a very busy schedule, how much time do I need for this program?


My program is designed around you and your availability. You have the option to choose how many days per week (1-6 days) you would like to workout and for what duration (20 – 90+ min). We all have different amounts of time that we are able to commit, and my goal is to work with the time you have to get you the results you want!

How long does it take to design my plan?


Once your questionnaire has been completed and submitted, please allow 2-3 days for your plan to be designed for you.

What makes this program different from any other plan?


Accessibility, accountability, value, results and a personal relationship. Every one of my programs is designed to help individuals reach their specific goal. Over the last year, I have compiled everything that I know about fitness and health into this website. All members of my program can now easily access what has taken me a lifetime of experience to acquire. Even more importantly, I make sure that every client is held accountable. I want to make it easy for you to succeed! I stay on top of all my clients by weekly communication through email, whether that’s a recipe idea, some workout tips, some daily encouragement, or even a simple hello! I also invite all my clients to connect with me on social media where I am always planning new, exciting, and fun events to keep my clients engaged and inspired. I remind my clients to update their cardio regiments (for weight loss clients) and sending reminders for updates every 4 weeks.

I am limited by a past injury. Can you design a program that fits what I need?


The program is designed to accommodate for exercise limitations. When setting up your account, I will have you select any exercises that you cannot do because of an injury or due to not having the necessary equipment. If you have any major health concerns, I would recommend consulting a healthcare professional before joining my program.

Equipment Needs

Will I have to supplements? Are their supplement recommendations?


Supplements are not required but they are most definitely recommended for the best and fastest results. I will provide you with a list of supplements that I recommend that is categorized by the goal you want to achieve.

Do I need special equipment?


I do recommend at least having access to weights if your goals include building muscle. I can design workout routines for the gym or the home. You will be given the option to choose what exercises you would like to do in order to ensure that you have all the equipment that is required before I design your workout regimen.

How can I do the workouts at home or do I need a gym membership?


Having access to a gym is recommended but not required. If your goals are building muscle, having access to weights is very important. If your goals are specific to fat and weight loss, I can design a workout routine for you do to at home, which will at least require hand weights and ankle weights for females.
